Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid are in sync as they balance their relationship, family life and busy careers.
“Their schedules are packed, but they’ve figured out a rhythm that works for them and the kids," a source tells PEOPLE exclusively. "Khai and Lea see each other all the time and get along really well, which has made everything so much easier.”
Cooper shares daughter Lea De Seine, 8, with model Irina Shayk. The pair began dating in 2015 and broke up four years later. Hadid shares her daughter Khai Malik, 4, with One Direction alum Zayn Malik. The duo split in October 2021 after nearly six years of dating.

Beyond their family dynamic, the Maestro star "fits really well into Gigi’s circle of family and friends," the source says. "Everyone can see how happy and relaxed she is with him. Yolanda [Hadid] especially notices how comfortable Gigi is when Bradley’s around."
"They’re not in a rush, but what they have is solid. Even with work, they always make time for each other. They like keeping things simple. Sometimes it’s nights cooking at home, other times it’s just spending time with the kids or going out with close friends."
According to the source, Cooper, 50, and Hadid, 30, "are in a great place right now."
"They’ve talked about blending their lives more, but they’re not pushing it. They’re on the same page about what they want long-term, and they’re letting it happen naturally."
The pair were first linked in early October 2023, when they were spotted dining together at Via Carota in New York City's West Village.
Hadid and Cooper went Instagram official in May after the runway model posted a carousel of snapshots from her 30th birthday party on Instagram. Among them was a photo of herself sharing a kiss with Cooper.

That same month, a source told PEOPLE exclusively that Cooper's daughter is "so sweet and gentle" with Hadid's child.
They added, “Gigi’s family is so happy for her and they absolutely adore Bradley. He is such a gentleman and he blends so seamlessly into their family. Gigi and Bradley have a lot in common and his daughter, Lea, is so sweet and gentle with Khai.”
