(Reuters) -Planned Parenthood sued the Trump administration on Monday over a provision in the newly passed federal tax and policy bill that will strip funding from health centers operated by the reproductive healthcare and abortion provider.
Planned Parenthood said in a complaint filed in Boston federal court that the provision is unconstitutional, and that its clear purpose is to prevent the health centers from receiving Medicaid reimbursements.
