Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel have kept their lives private over the past several years — but they were just spotted for the first time since announcing Abby's marriage.

Last year, the former TLC reality show stars, 34, revealed that Abby and her boyfriend Josh Bowling had tied the knot. While fans only found out about the nuptials in 2024, the couple had actually secretly said "I do" several years prior.

In photos acquired by TMZ of their first public sighting since the wedding news, the sisters were spotted running errands in a small town just northeast of Minneapolis. During the outing, Abby and Brittany were seen carrying a newborn baby in a car seat before loading the infant into the back of their Telsa.

As of now, neither Abby nor Brittany have shared any baby or pregnancy news, so it's unclear if the little one is a new addition to their family or if they're taking care of a friend's baby.

The sisters have spoken out in the past about their desire to become mothers — although at the time, they shared that they weren't ready to think about how that was going to work for them.

"Yeah, we are gonna be moms," they said in a documentary filmed when they were teens. "We haven't thought about how being moms is going to work yet."

While they haven't shared any details about their motherhood journey just yet, Abby become a stepmom to Bowling's child from a previous relationship after the couple tied the knot.

When they were born in 1990, the pair were diagnosed as dicephalus conjoined twins, which is defined by the National Institute of Health as twins with two heads on a single body. The sisters share a bloodstream as well as all of their organs below the waist and each have control over specific limbs.

The pair currently live in Minnesota, where they are middle school teachers.
